Wellness: Getting into a Good Headspace (App)
Both my mother and my doctor highly recommended the Headspace app to help alleviate my stress and anxiety. I wasn't so sure at first but the more I read about meditation the more I wonder why we aren't all doing it?! So, I decided I'm finally ready to give it a shot and to get started. The app is beautifully designed and the sample meditation I listened to was actually very relaxing and not at all intimidating. I can tell they really care about easing you into the process if you're a meditation newbie like me.
Day 1... here we go!
